1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VoxuHosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
VoxuHosting provides web hosting, VPS hosting, game server hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, hosting illegal content, conducting DDoS attacks, or violating intellectual property rights.
5. Payment and Billing
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for VPS and dedicated server services. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold as outlined in our SLA document.
7. Limitation of Liability
VoxuHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.
